Step 1.
If this is your first time ordering with us you will need to select 'Add New Customisation', Exsiting Customers can use the 'Re-use Customisation' box, this is where all your logos you have used in the past are stored.
Step 2.
Choosing your customisation Type -
Custom Text is if you do not have any particualr logo and would like to use standard text.
Custom image is if you have a bespoke logo for your company.
Step 3.
This is where you will select your logo customisation process.
Embrodiered Image - Would be converting your digital copy of your logo into a stitched logo.
Print Image - Would be making your logo into a printable logo.
Some of our packages include Combo customisations, like the below image. this package can have a left chest embroidery and back printed logo. please note the price advertised here is different for all packages depending on the qty of items in the package, the price advertised is VAT included and total price on top of the package and not priced per item.

Different garments/requirements will mean a certain decoration method will be the best way for us to add your logo to your order and should we feel that the choice you have chosen via the site won’t give the desired effect, one of our team will be in contact to discuss the various other methods of applying your logo. Below are the various methods we use in house as well as the price breakdowns for each.

In house we have an automatic 6 head screen printing carousel. This machine allows us to print in large volume at high speed. With this machine we can produce thousands of prints each day. Screen print is ideal for larger run jobs such as promotional t-shirts, charity event clothing or any large run of 50 plus.
DTG (Direct to Garment) Print is a relatively new process that has improved in recent years. DTG print is done using inks that are printed directly into the garment in full and vibrant colours. Many types of logos can be done using this process. We recommend this for jobs requiring print but for smaller runs of up to 100 products.
Transfer printing is the process of creating vinyl transfers that are then heat pressed onto garments. With our in house machinery we can create single and multi-coloured transfers in house to press to your uniform. Transfer printing has many uses and is often the application of choice when customers want to place their logo on the back of jackets etc but are not ordering in large quantities.
